Worst of the worst. Can get very busy which is no excuse for lacking customer skills. Terrible cashier service esp SHERRI would thinks she knows everything about the lottery. Snotty replies, rude and down right unprofessional. Gas prices on the high side. No more free coffee first of the month, parking lot dirty and oil stains. Not a typical convenience store in the least. Want to be talked down to and abused as a customer ~ then this is your place. Warning : do not buy/scratch lottery tickets at this dump unless you want to hear some nonsense lecture. Yuck.

Sherri at the XtraMart on Merrill Road, Pittsfield, MA 01201 is so rude and unprofessional. She has an attitude about lottery scratch tickets and has been giving wrong advice to customers. She has no customer service skills and certainly has no right to be lecturing customers on anything especially how to scratch lottery tickets; giving wrong and bad advice. Sherri needs a good talking to how to treat customers. I know I would never hire a person like that. June 20th Sunday 8:50 am no excuse to act like that to me or anyone.

wouldn't sell Dez cigarettes cause he didn't have his ID, OK. I went in with ID but wouldn't sell them to me because I got out of the same car with him!!! OK maybe she should go back to being a mall cop!!!!
