Just talked to my 80 yearold grandma she needed help with her phone associate told her to go to a public Library ... (was upset about her email) said prior she has interacted with this same gentlemen and he was rude to her have some compassion for the elderly they aren't tech savvy like us treat them like it's your own grandmother do better

I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Pittsfield! Lucas was very knowledgeable and was able to set me up with a new phone and plan! Highly reccomend!

Since I travel a lot, I'll stick with Verizon as I find they have the best coverage nationwide and the most convenient international plans, despite not having the best coverage here in the Berkshires. This particular store is a hit or miss. Depending on who you get, they can either be helpful or not.Edit *. I bumped another star up since they responded. Always appreciate a response.

Trash store, robbed 40 bucks from me. Even went back and talked to manager who reinforced the lie told by the salespeople.

Seriously store closed at 5 pm on a Thursday! Don’t say short of help, there were 4 guys standing around. Some ppl do work during the day and Saturday’s. guess I’ll be switching phone providers.

Very helpful people when they want to be but if they're very busy they cut you off very short and sometimes you might have to go back twice but otherwise it's a good store it's a big store and they have everything in there that you could possibly need so that's why I'm giving them a 4 instead of a five only because sometimes like I said sometimes they might not be able to help you as long as you need the help for because they have not got enough staff otherwise they're great!

Hard to condense a 90 minute odyssey in a few words but I’ll try. I’ll start by saying the staff was good for the most part but Verizon’s weak systems failed both them and their customers.I needed to return an IPad case and an iPhone case that was purchased less than 48 hours earlier. I provided the paper receipt from the transaction. Somehow even with the receipt they had given me at the point of purchase, the sales clerk was unable to locate my order in their system. Apparently the clerk that sold me the product neglected to ask me for my phone number and without it they couldn’t locate my order.After over 45 minutes they asked for my phone number and we’re able to locate it. If that’s what they needed I don’t know why it took almost 45 minutes to request it.Another 20 minutes went by and they finally processed the return. I was offered the refund in the form of a gift card or a bank check that would take 4-6 weeks to be received! I told them I wanted the funds returned to the card I purchased the items with like any other business does. They then texted me a link leading to a Verizon form. Hopefully the funds are returned to my account in the next few business days. But I’ll never again put myself in this position by purchasing products from a Verizon store again

WARNING !!! BOYCOTT this company. VERIZON is screwing you. Don't bother getting 5G in this area or most area for that matter in the U.S...your wasting your money. Not a Tower in site. So what are u doing still paying for such a non- transparent over-priced garbage company. !???!!!! LEAVE !!!! Do your self a favor. Thank me later.

Very disappointed. They did the old bait and switch. Laid out my choice for plans which included certain discounts. When I go back to them about it they say they would never do that it was only for the first month. Of course that is not what they said and know I am in a 3 year contract with them. Buyer beware.
