Yes, I feel the same about this place. Bad service. They should care being the only corporate store in BERKSHIRE COUNTY. Very rude people and it's like you're taking up their time and they stand around doing nothing and what are they there for? I don't like feeling intimidated and I do in this place wanting to walk out the door. There is a lot to know about cell phones and I'm not sure I bought the right one. It's like a car; you need patience and understanding period.

Went in looking for a replacement for a family member and the experience was both quick and easy. Gavin expertly laid out all the options for the phone and the contract. Great customer service.

I went to Verizon on Sunday 12/29 to get a new phone. I wasnt able to and was told to come back today Monday 12/30 to get one (it's a business account and I needed the owner of the account which is fine) I was finally able to find time with the account owner to get the phone. We called and checked online to make sure the store was open. We left work, drove across town in an ice storm to find out the store is closed. Online it says the hours are 9-9 yet it's barley past 8 and the store is closed. For a wireless store I'm pretty sure they should be able to properly use technology and update the correct store hours. Don't waste your time with this location

Some of the worst service ever experienced in my (long) life. Waited 1/2 hour for help although there was only one customer in store, which neither agent was talking too. Eventually I said I could come back later "when they weren't so busy" She suggested coming another day! (It was 3:00) I asked twice if they had an appointment for later that day and couldn't get an answer. Don't bother with this store

After purchasing a $60 refill card my phone somehow was removed from the Verizon account with my name so my phone was not receiving calls or text. I was working so I asked my fiancée to go to Verizon and see what had happened. I would assume the employees there would be able to see my account was removed and be more helpful, instead they blamed Apple (iphone6s) and said to buy a new phone. When I got the phone back I called Verizon customer service they reset my phone and now it works perfectly. Not very helpful customer service at this store

Showed up with a phone with burnt charger port. Their recommendation: go pay Best Buy $250 to fix it, or buy a wireless charger from them Are you serious? They then told me what a deal I'm getting BUYING MORE OF THEIR JUNK They did not resolve my issue.

I wish I could give less than 1 star! I went in and the employees were too busy talking about some horrible customer that was a "pain in the ass" they didn't offer to help I just kind of stood around while they continued to ignore me. My brother lives in north Adams and told me their verizon store was excellent, the next day I went there and had excellent customer service!! Done waste your time here take a little drive to north Adams it's worth it!

Terrible service. Three employees standing around and we wait for 15 minutes to merely exchange chargers that the manager gave us incorrectly in the first place. When asked if we can be assisted he rudely stated that the person he had been chatting with for 5 minutes would be with us shortly. Worst customer service I have ever had Josh the manager is rude and inattentive. It is always a very upsetting experience to walk into the store don't go anywhere else.

Absolutely the worst. Got a new phone talked into something did not come in for. Phone did not work and when returned they charged us a $35 fee to take ....a broken phone back... got the phone that we intended on getting the first time although the sale "suddenly ended" Very untrustworthy staff!!! Don't trust these guys!!

All of the Verizon employees need to be reviewed by upper management. I don't think Verizon knows what is going on there, I showed up and they were quick to come sign me into their system (joke) and then I sat there watching 15 other people walking around with very frustrated at looking at products they don't even care about. It only took me 5 minutes to realize that there was only one employee actually helping customers while the three other Verizon employees were only there to put you into their system??. Or should they have been helping? I hope I get a call from someone. I just got up and left. I have plenty of Verizon stores in my area. I don't need to deal with employees that don't want to help or work! Too bad because I have 10 employees that need updated phones and we also use the tablets at work. I think ATT is very competitive and excellent customer service!!

If I could give zero stars - I would. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Since I bought my new phone there in mid June, I have had numerous dropped calls, long silences (yes, just like their TV Commercial!). No one can hear me when I call them and vice versa. Its embarrassing. And yet when I call I get the run around. They won't give me a new device, They only want to sell you some type of service extender or something else. They will not remedy the problem. I even emailed my salesperson back in the area of where I moved from, and she was horrified at what I was going thru. Avoid this place like the plague. Like, what am I paying for if I don't have any service? Someone from Verizon should follow up on all the negative reviews this place has and get all new staff. Seriously.

I was in your store yesterday 413-281-9353 and was not waited on after leaving my phone number at the door. Five or six employees and four customers. Very, Very disappointed!!!!

Worst service I've ever had. I dread going to this Verizon store. The employees are BEYOND rude and not helpful whatsoever. Almost seems as if they don't have a clue about what they are doing. I've taken MANY of my Verizon products to this location before and they take one glance at a small issue and tell me they do not know what's wrong with it and instead of taking it into the back to actually inspect it, they just state that don't know what to do. It's annoying and frustrating.

Worst experience in trying to get simple information. If you were not buying a phone no one wanted to talk to you and when they did they had unhelpful and clouded information. They clearly aren't the appropriate people for the job.

Worse service ever! The staff is very unhelpful, arrogant, pompous and not warm at all. Completely no customer service etiquette at all! A month ago I had a staff member belittle me in front of a room full of customers when I asked a question I did not understand. I went back in again thinking it was the only place to upgrade. After spending over an hour they tell me I was not eligible for the upgrade and had to buy a new phone or wait til the contract expired because they said they did not like something they saw with the phone. They could have cared less and it was apparent they were looking for me to purchase a new phone outright. I walked out and went to BJs. In 30 minutes I was in a new phone and could not have been treated better. I came to work and mentioned it and two others felt the same way. I have two friends heading out today to go to BJs. Avoid this store at all costs.
