I have a circular driveway I currently have contractors working in my house. The Pittsfield Post Office will not deliver my mail if there are cars or trucks in my driveway. I have not received mail for 3 days. Does this mean for the next 6 weeks I will not receive mail? Seriously they can’t walk a few extra steps to deliver nail!

I always pay my bills as soon as I get them & twice in the last month companies stated they either didn't get my payment ( over 3 weeks after I sent it ) or it came late & I was charged a late fee. In the first case I was charged a late fee of $25 & a stop payment fee at the bank of $30. What is going on with delivery? It has become a problem.

Horrible postal delivery. An importnat taxt document was supposed to delivered on 22 January. Still not here. Latest- the water bill lost and now possibly my electric bill. I have filed the lost mail online form, the usual "we will investigate." VERY disappointed. I received a call from my Life/Protect 24/7. They haven't received any payments from me for a couple of months. Apparently they sent me bills that they sent. Now I have to pay for several months.

I think everyone who works at the Pittsfield post office has passed away. No one EVER answers the phone. It just rings and rings. Perhaps, if I was willing to waste the taxpayer's money, a well-being check on the Pittsfield Post office employees would be in order. Horrible post office. BTW - one star is one too many for this post office.

The postmaster Stefanie Curry is highly abusive to the employees, encourages the supervisors to be the same, and if they don’t play ball, they get removed. A VERY hostile work environment and Curry has a very long rap sheet of this kind of behavior.

Sick & tired of them saying items were delivered when they were not. Get your act together. You are charging us more money for your services, but your delivery of mail & and the packages are slacking. You lie when you put package was delivered.

Wasn't home for a priority package to sign for.had it sent to the post office got there for it the next day. Talked to a clerk Wasn't helpful at all. She sent over a supervisor named Matt who took my info. He told me that it's being delivered. As I got home to wait Matt came walking g up my driveway with my package in hand drove over in his own car great guy thanks again matt

Not great to wait in line for 30 minutes to meet a rude, unhelpful, shortspoken clerk at the front desk who basically sent me out the door. (The black guy) I get they're shortstaffed but that was unacceptable behavior.
