I came into the store for doordash order of 16 items not knowing where to begin the store manager was so kind and helped me find every single item I can't begin to explain how helpful,nice,patient, she was on 7/12/25 I really enjoyed coming into that store in pittsfield ma knowing I can be helped thank u sooo much

Great location: very well stocked, and I have been to some ULTAs where the frargrance selection is limited, or difficult to sample the perfumes for whatever reason; not the case with this location. It was well organized and clean.

I went in to start some of my holiday purchases and was discriminated against while shopping with my child . Nicole the new manager told me I had to leave the store and stated the other manager was coming to kick me out . She also told me that “she wasn’t the one” I don’t know what that means but sounded like a threat. Nicole accused me of stealing based on an incident that happened at the store the previous day . I’m a diamond member and to be treated this way is crazy . Another manager came out who was able to help me and made me feel like a person . Nicole shouldn’t be working at an establishment were she thinks POC are there to steal . Below is what I went to the store for in honor of the free fleece and and robe

I have been looking for a new stylist since mine retired and I was advised to go to Ulta by a friend because she likes it there. Never again. I have had bad cuts before, but not like this. I cant even fix it! The stylist automatically said I needed an undercut for the style I wanted. My fault was I was thinking she was going to use scissors to give it lift and volume for the cut I showed her. I have had this similar style before, so I knew what I wanted. No! She used a RAZOR to my hair! And shaved it off! Razors dry out the natural oil and she killed my hair. The least she could have done was ask if a razor was ok to use. Not everyone can use a razor. It has been itchy since she has done that and I had to dump $50 of moisturizing products to calm my scalp down! Not to mention she didn't even give me what I wanted. She destroyed my hair. Also she was trying to rush me out of the seat. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

I’m terrible with names but, the lovely eyebrow specialist does beautiful work. I’m VERY picky with my eyebrows & she’s the only one I go to ! Looking forward to getting my hair done here next week ?

They don’t normally have stylists who are familiar with black hair and very curly hair. I asked them if they did a silk press and they didn’t even know what I meant

Love the store and staff as a whole. But I’ve never had such a bad experience while getting my hair done. Marissa Morin, was very rude, had an attitude and made some very unpleasant comments. Bery unprofessional as in making her personal life intertwined with her job. And because in her personal we have associated with the same people and have some relations with the same people she made my experience very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Knowing I have nothing to do with anything she was speaking about. She knows I’m a mutual party she still took advantage and used that all to make me uncomfortable and made me feel very unwanted and gave me a terrible service.

I have been going to Kimberly for my eyebrow services now for quite some time, and she is the best! Always friendly, always, smiling, always professional, and she does the very best job! I highly recommend her!

If I can give them a zero I would they refund policy is a joke I returned an item I purchased 2wks ago with original receipt and got store credit will never shop there again

The customer service at the store is good. But I returned an item (no receipt because it was a gift), only got a 3rd of what it cost, I had to order online because what I needed wasn't in store, and I wasn't even able to use the $5 toward the pricey item I needed because you can't use merchandise credit online. Definitely left annoyed and dissatisfied.
