Booked the 9-hour package for my sister's bachelorette in the Berkshires. I called around to a few of the local companies, but TTP had the best rate I came across. I talked to Michelle on the phone a few times, and she was very communicative and professional. When we booked, I received the contract and receipt in writing (via email), so the process was very efficient and thorough. They provided the name and contact info for the driver a few days in advance. Dave was a great driver, punctual and very helpful. The party bus was very nice, clean, and included a complimentary bottle. So glad we booked through TTP!

Paid in full for a 7 hour day. The driver never showed up and they were not willing to fix the situation at all. The driver didn’t know how to use his phone or GPS and said he was lost. We waited an hour and an half for him and he finally admitted that he was just sitting on the side of the road and never actually tried to find us. DO NOT USE THEM.

My favorite transportation service in the Berkshires! I’ve used them several times for my large group vacations. We used them recently to bring us to Earth Wind and Fire at tanglewood to avoid the traffic. They got us in and out in under 5 minutes which is unheard of for tanglewood traffic. Will continue to book!

We had a great experience working with Transporting the People. We needed help shuttling guests from our wedding venue to various different hotels and rentals last summer. We were pretty last minute with planning this, and they were still able to accommodate us. They were communicative, friendly, and punctual. We're so glad to have worked with them!

Friendly, Professional Drivers. Great experience ..Juicy T, this is not a cab company, so stop plagiarizing a company you know NOTHING about. Same with the people who called them racist...you are an idiot.. if you continue to call the cab company and never show up... of course you wont get a cab, plus, drivers are self employed and can refuse to pick you up. But, again, THIS IS NOT A TAXI SERVICE, so it cannot "monopolize" the city...
