When I need something I go here before the other big box stores or the smaller hardware stores. They typically have what I need and are one of like 3 places in town that sell big and tall clothes (as long as you don't mind Carhartt). The prices are typically better, and they pack a huge selection into a small location.

Well stocked and friendly service and easy to park. Picked up a few gallons of utter wash, and a small pen for a new calf we just had.

Your Pittsfield MA store is terrible! Always had a bad experience there. They say they have things in stock online ready to pick up today and they don’t have it or it’s there but broken. I find this stupid when you drive 50 miles out to get it. You don’t say it’s ready for pick up when it’s broken. Take it off the site!

I wanted to buy a couple of gas cans, two for $30. There was only one and he wouldn't give me the sale price or a raincheck. I prefer stores that like to make the customer happy.

I visited the Pittsfield store yesterday for my goats, chickens, and pups needs. I was blown away at the friendliness of the staff. Absolutely amazing people there who adored animals and cared about their customers. I've met the manager of this branch before as well, a pleasant customer orientated man who is kind. this of course isnt my first visit being a full-time farmer, but I would highly recommend this store. thank you everyone who was working yesterday!

Place in general is ok but during chick days they need to take better care of the chicks and when someone offers to save a dying chick let them don't put it in a box to die.
