I had my computer checked twice at a computer store. They couldn't find anything wrong. I was going crazy trying to figure it out! Why would it work at the store but freeze up at home?
So I finally thought ill try a new mouse since mine was old and dropped a few times.
So I went to Staples, asked for the mouse and the sales girl walked me right to them. She gave me the info I needed when I asked about them.
So got it home and after connecting it to my computer....bingo! All along it was the mouse.
So glad I decided to visit Staples. Our computers are a very important part in our lives today.

I called ahead of time to see if they had 65W charger for my laptop. The gentleman that answered the phone said he did have one and he would keep it at the register for me. This made it very easy for me. When I got there and I was in and out quickly and back home and doing the work on my laptop that I needed to get done. I'd like to thank jim who was at the register on saturday June 7th 2024 for going up and above!

Simple mouse replacement. Service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed my problem very, very quickly and satisfactorily.

First I went to the Happy Returns department. A very nice clerk waited on me.
Checking out I had the best cashier, Kristen. She has excellent customer service skills and the store is lucky to have her. She went above and beyond to help me figure out the Staples ap and had a lot of patience with me. She knows her stuff.

Very low staffed and impossible to get proper help with anything. Left after 30 minutes of trying to get someone to help us get a monitor. Going to Target instead. I like the UPS center though.

I went into Staples looking for something that was not expecting to find. The manager Joe and the person working at the copy center figured out what I was looking for and found it. They were so helpful and friendly. TY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will be ignored, ignored some more, and then ignored. It is impossible to get any help at this store for anything.The manager is absolutely incompetent. He clearly was promoted because no on wants to work there.I want to support local businesses but there is a limit at which point you might as well go to Amazon.If staples wants to start closing locations this place should be at the top of the list.
