Simple mouse replacement. Service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed my problem very, very quickly and satisfactorily.

First I went to the Happy Returns department. A very nice clerk waited on me. Checking out I had the best cashier, Kristen. She has excellent customer service skills and the store is lucky to have her. She went above and beyond to help me figure out the Staples ap and had a lot of patience with me. She knows her stuff.
