Horrible place to get internet. Even worse place to work. Store specialists provide incorrect information to customers intentionally, in order to boost commission sales. Reps will provide customers with Customer Service phone number in order to prevent having to deal with disappointed or upset customers. Definitely would recommend staying far away.

Very clean store and organized inside the place. Unfortunately one of the customer service reps that works there is not very personable or friendly.

I have been in the GPS side of data and mobile telephony for 30 years. The local Representatives at these ISP and cable companies are rude and completely ignorant of what they offer the talent pool here is shallow in the twenties

They helped my elderly father when he lost his phone, and they also found him a discount to boot. I was happy with the patience they showed to us. Aaron was very helpful.

Been to this store 3 times. The manager walks around chatting with people and waits on no one. I'm sure she could handle equipment exchanges. Instead of people sitting for hours while the other reps spend 30-45 min with each customer. What a joke! Hire an actual WORKING MANAGER!

THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE THIEVES. I REQUESTED TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE LAS AUGUST. i CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO CANCEL MY SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT AS SOON AS I RETURNED MY EQUIPMENT IT WOULD BE CANCELLED. I ASKED THE GUY AT THE STORE IF I NEEDED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE AND HE SAID "WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT." i HAVE BEEN PAYING $100 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR A SERVICE IN AN APARTMENT I HAVE NOT LIVED AT SINCE AUGUST 31. I WILL BE FIGHTING THESE CHARGES. IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS FOR ANY OTHER PROVIDER, TAKE IT. I EVEN TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR AND HE HIMSELF WAS MAKING NO SENSE AT ALL. HIS EXCUSE WAS THAT I RECEIVE BILLING STATEMENTS THAT ARE MAILE TO ME......LOOK MAN, I DO NOT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I NEED TO TELL SPECTRUM I NO LONGER LIVE AT THAT ADDRESS. GO ELSEWHERE. THESE GUYS ARE SUPER RUDE AND JUST IN IT FOR THE $$$$$

Extremely poor and inconsiderate service. Waited around all morning, after making an appointment the very same day, and took vacation time from work, before driving 30 minutes to the location at my scheduled appointment time just to find the location was unexpectedly closed due to power outage, an outage which strangely wasn’t impacting any of the neighboring businesses. Why not send an email or place a call to customers who have scheduled appointments for that day? I’ve now lost paid time off from work and more than half of my Friday for nothing, and still have to go back later. Alternative is to drive 40 minutes to a different location. Awful way to treat paying customers.

You always have to wait in along line just to pay your bill I think they should have one line just to pay you bill not to have where you have to wait one hour
