180 Elm St I, Pittsfield“I had to ship back items from a Walmart delivery. This is the first time I've done this at a FedEx Drop off using their QR code only, so I wasn't sure how it would go. It was surprisingly easy. I had multiple boxes, I had sticky notes marking which box had which items in it to keep the QR codes in the emails straight. All you have to do for these returns is put the items back into the boxes, tape the boxes securely, remove any stickers from the box, and go to the Fed Ex location. They scan the QR code. I had my credit by the time I got down the street. But they tell you it takes up to 5 days. The employee that was working was very polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. I had no problems at all. For any future FedEx needs I'm definitely going to this location.”

555 Hubbard Ave, Pittsfield“I had my computer checked twice at a computer store. They couldn't find anything wrong. I was going crazy trying to figure it out! Why would it work at the store but freeze up at home?
So I finally thought ill try a new mouse since mine was old and dropped a few times.
So I went to Staples, asked for the mouse and the sales girl walked me right to them. She gave me the info I needed when I asked about them.
So got it home and after connecting it to my computer....bingo! All along it was the mouse.
So glad I decided to visit Staples. Our computers are a very important part in our lives today.

“Wasn't home for a priority package to sign for.had it sent to the post office got there for it the next day. Talked to a clerk Wasn't helpful at all. She sent over a supervisor named Matt who took my info. He told me that it's being delivered. As I got home to wait Matt came walking g up my driveway with my package in hand drove over in his own car great guy thanks again matt”
“When I got to the store the two guys at the front had customers and one employee came from around back immediately and attended to me and my transaction quick and seamless: my cell service dropped and I received a barcode to scan so I could use the stores WiFi to complete my transaction.”
