Our dog’s coat was ruined due to lies about the service we paid for our dog to have. We HAD a dog with a wire coat and paid for multiple hand strippings, which is not offered by many groomers in the Berkshires. For our 4th appointment we printed out photos of our dog freshly groomer by our previous groomers before we moved out here( had originally brought a photo of a standard groom for a wire dachshund and weren’t getting what we expected, but close). Was told very rudely by Paula that it was insulting to bring a photo. We had been worried he was being shaven but confirmed at each appointment we where there for a hand stripping. The last time we went our wire dog was trimmed to look nothing like the photo and his beard was completely removed and we were told your dog can’t be hand stripped so he was shaved, with zero consultation. Three years later and our dogs coat has never been the same. DO NOT GO HERE if you have a wire coat dog.

Walked in without a appointment to get my dog's nails cut. They took him in and they did the best job ever. I've been getting his nails done for 6 years and nobody has been as good as this.

I went for the first time to get my dog groomed this afternoon and they were wonderful. They took my dog in, and I got a call about 20 minutes later saying that initially what they were supposed to do won't work for his type of fur coat and would I like to get a different type of cut that would still give my dog a lot better of a haircut especially in the heat wave we've been having. It was an excellent cut once I picked him up I am very pleased with how my little fella looks!

Woman who claims to be the owner very aggressive and has a temper. Dropped my dog off at 8, came back at 10 and only a bath was given and not even dried. I stated I had to go to work at 11 when I made the appointment. Told her I need to get my dog whether she's done or not after 2 hours to drop her off at home before I go to work. She got a huge attitude, started slamming does and cussing at me so I returned the favor. The younger crowd working there has manners, she does not. I would recommend anyone going to her at all. She is not a good human to be grooming dogs.

They always take such good care of my dogs. I recently got a new puppy and they treated him very well. They know exactly how much h to do to ensure a love of baths and grooming throughout his life. Best groomers around!
