This garage was recommended to me by a resident of the neighborhood. They were excellent! They gave me an appointment for the next day to bring the car in. I dropped my car off, and they promptly called with the estimate soon after. The work was done the same day, and the people here are friendly straightforward and efficient. Thanks Rufo's!

I highly recommend this family owned business in the Berkshires. The mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely efficient. I called the day before the shop was closing for a week vacation. The owner said to bring my car in right away. Within an hour of my initial phone call, the car was fixed and the exhaust sounds great!
