Ordered a few items from them online. I figured, due to Covid, that items could be back ordered, and that's okay. It has come to the point where I just need a refund. Ordered online on 9/25/2020, item got back ordered to 10/28/2020. I asked for an update on 10/30/2020. I get an email saying it's pushed back to 11/11/2020. I email 11/20/2020 for an update. I get an email saying it's pushed back to middle of December. I would have been fine if: 1. They would update me without me having to ask. 2. They didn't charge me until they send out my order. 3. The customer service was better. Edit: Received an email from
[email protected] "You were notified in Oct ... that it was on backorder til the end of Oct.. You do not need to make a complaint, we will refund your money" 11/20/2020: Received refund

I was looking to convert my 2005 FXDL to dual disc. I have used Ronnies HD online for mail order parts before. This time, I gave a call and got great customer service from George. He took the time to help search out exactly what I was looking for. Most dealers would have gave up or said they need an exact part number....not these guys. George went the extra mile to make sure I had every needed to make the swap. Thanks!
