I live in Troy, but am in Pittsfield for 9 or 10 days. This place was recommended to me so I called and they fit me in. So nice of them to give me a ride back ( less than 2 miles) and they picked me up when the car was done. They did not try to sell me services I did not need which I really appreciated. Special thanks to Lou and Jonathan.

Called to schedule an alignment and described the issues I'm having with my truck to John in the service department. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike many other shops I've been to who would just pencil me in for an alignment just to make a sale, John took the time to explain to me that he didn't think the issues I was experiencing were alignment related and were likely an issue with wheel balance. John was sociable, easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm going to rotate tires to see if it makes a difference and if not, I will definitely be calling to schedule a wheel balance with Pittsfield Tire & Auto. Thank you John for sharing just a small bit of what I'm sure is infinite wisdom! 10/10 recommend taking your vehicle to this shop.
