A year ago two different technicians told us the tanks needed to be replaced for safety because of rust. They kept putting me off. Now they blame it on staffing issues. Finally get them to come out to replace them and they say they don’t need to be replaced. Zero trust in this company. Now just before winter I have to risk my family’s safety or find a new company ASAP.

Very easy to work with and extremely responsive when a propane fill is requested which doesn’t happen often since they typically fill the ranks before I need to call.

Their technician was easy to work with and efficient when we had our gas service for our stove installed. They are always here to do a tank re-fill before we run out of gas year round; even in snow season. They are very friendly and professional.
