Great service! Extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. I had to run in 20 minutes before closing, i hate to have to do that.. but i had just been pulled over for headlamp out. the amazing man (he was an Aquarius but idk his name) he assured me it was okay about the time and he could help me. he sold me a bulb within my budget and installed it for me within minutes! all together it wasn't longer than an 8 minute transaction. thank you so much sir!!!plenty of parking, easy pull in. highly recommend.

We have been servicing import vehicles since the 70's...so we have made a lot of calls to all kinds of suppliers over the years....Orielly's in Pittsfield is without question the very best supplier we have ever had in the Berkshires...and currently ...nobody else is even close ....they answer the phone , are courteous and professional...at a time when no one else seems to get any employees ...they some how keep a full staff...of very good employees...they have a great inventory...and supply chain...keep better hours, and get parts overnight, and afternoons if you call them in the AM...even on weekends...we would be lost without them...they get it there, many thanks , Bob

O'Reilly's is such a great store. Employees are so helpful and pleasant that you feel welcome. They go above and beyond, and you sure don't see that anymore but O'Reilly's sure does it all right!

I stopped in for a possible bad battery in my Volkswagen. Dennis took the time to explain the different types of batteries and warranties involved. He also tested the battery explained the best possible installation methods, and what each product does to ensure the longevity of the battery, then to my surprise With a smile on his face, Dennis had my old battery out and new battery installed. This whole experience took about 30 minutes, but has made me a lifetime customer thank you Dennis.

Was looking for oxygen sensor for my car they are the same price as Advanced Auto Quick Service always good they had the part in stock they guarantee their service and their parts also I did have a problem one time with their alternator that crapped out on me and literally they replaced it with no hassle and it was very easy and they paid for the labor on top of it they were very nice and apologetic that's why I still go with them since they guarantee their stuff one of the best service around

We stopped in today to get a new car battery. The guys at O'Reilly installed the battery in a torrential downpour. They were awesome. Thank you so much for your generosity and good humor. Happy holiday's.
