Could not get an appointment to service my Nissan after calling on 4 different occasions, three days in a row. No one in Service dept. picked up the phone and the people in Sales would transfer to a non-manned Service extension. They seem to be totally not interested in serving customers. Never had such an awful experience with Nissan dealerships in CA, NY, Eastern MA and RI, all of which provided good service!

Do yourself a favor and stay clear from this place. They have people working there that have no idea what they are doing. My car was broken into and things were stolen in their care! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nissan is known for scamming people and their vehicles are known for having bad transmissions and engine failure before 100k miles. If you do your research, you will see that Nissan dealerships around the world have awful reviews, Pittsfield is just one of the many dealerships people should be aware of. Educate yourself and be cautious of where you bring your vehicle. If you do need anything done under warranty or not, empty your car before bringing it in and make sure you check in daily for updates and physically go there as well. Dealerships like Pittsfield location are not trustworthy; they will lie to your face/on the phone, and if they are doing maintenance on your vehicle, then expect to find things missing. Do not buy any vehicle from this this dealership nor have them service your vehicle, you will regret it.

I found a car on autotrader and contacted this dealership. Between yesterday and today, I spoke with them 4 times; 3 times they confirmed the car was still available. On my 1 hour drive to get to the dealership, I got a call confirming my appointment. I asked again about availability of the car, and was initially told still available, then he checked again, and told me it sold 10 days ago. No respect for my time, and the wrong answer 3 out of 4 times. I suspect the scam is advertise a good deal to get you in the door and sell you something else. Complete waste of my time. I have since read many similar reviews.

Steer clear of this dealership at all costs, especially if you're inexperienced in the car buying process. A recent encounter with them left my mother in a flustered situation. Despite being promised a comfortable payment plan, she was subjected to hours of number exchanges, convoluted scenarios, and empty commitments. Eventually, she was convinced to signing the paperwork on the spot, with the assurance that the "accurate documents" would follow by mail. Upon leaving the dealership, she was assured that her monthly payments would hover just below $400 for the entire loan duration. Upon reviewing the paperwork the next day, I discovered the payments are above $800 per month. When I engaged the sales representative on the phone, he attempted to rationalize her confusion by explaining that her payments were meant to be $250 bi-weekly, supplemented by a $2000 check (stemming from her old car's trade-in), to be distributed over the first 12 months to alleviate the initial "out of pocket" expenses. Furthermore, he stated that after the initial 12 months she should refinance both her home and car in a bid to hopefully bring the payment down to a manageable level. While it's true that my mother shares some responsibility in this ordeal, having signed the paperwork without due diligence, it's undeniable that the dealership seized upon her lack of experience. They manipulated her by distorting the loan payment terms and guaranteeing that the accurate paperwork reflecting the affordable monthly installment she was assured of would be delivered via mail

We drove 45 minutes to drive a car that they said was in the showroom. When we got there we were told it won't be there for 2 weeks. Total bait and switch. Go somewhere else.

Signed papers and gave a down payment on a vehicle. The dealer had an issue with their software and I could not sign my contract because of their problem. The issue did not get resolved and I lost out on the special pricing because it was a new month. I had a very frustrating experience and would not recommend leasing any Nissan ever.
