I have purchased many mattresses in my lifetime from Mattress Firm. The Pittsfield location is always helpful and answers all questions when picking the perfect mattress. Our service at the store and since then with salesperson, Rich was excellent. Great attention to details and truly cares as he continues to check on us. Had issue with deliver, forgot to take removal of old mattresses but made it right by coming back next week to get them. This is why we continue to buy fromMattress Firm

Your salesman Darnell is knowledgable and kind. He looked up the make/ model of the king mattress I purchased in 2018 for my bed and wrote it up with a few minor tweaks for my daughter’s full. This is why I shop local. Thank you.
