I have never been so disappointed in a vendor in my 25 years in business. MacFarlanes setup staff is incapable of setting up their own equipment and their solution is for us to hire someone else to make their equipment work properly in our environment. Been waiting over 4 years to be able to scan to my computer from our leased Konica Bizhub to my desktop computer. I've finally purchased a Xerox network scanner. Got it working in about an hour. I did business with Xerox for almost 15 years at a previous job and if they couldn't fix something that day, they were back first thing the next morning. I'm a big fan of shopping locally but never again from here. Can't wait until my lease is up. If you are looking for a copier to lease I would suggest looking elsewhere.
