What is up w this awesome place??? Its amazing - I drive 90mins to come here once or twice a month bc they’re full of the best wines , full range and including my favorite Touraine Loire wines and crémants , this is a 5 star+(not 4,5 stars!?) the people who work here are also part of the 5star+ rating that they deserve.

It's pretty big and has a respectable selection, but it's far from the widest array of alcoholic beverages I've seen. It's got a pretty typical atmosphere - it's largely just an alcohol "warehouse" - which means there isn't any. The staff are usually very friendly and expedient.

This place is the best deals in town. The workers are helpful. My only issue is that there are very few prices on their cases of beer and there are no ways for the workers to scan prices for you without lugging things to the front.

Never would have guessed that there would be so many world class wines here ... on a rather industrial strip of road in Pittsfield, this place looks like the late 1970's/early 1980's on the outside/inside. Never judge a book by its cover ... what seems like a place you might go to buy Bud Light and Slim Jims actually has quite a selection of high end wines, champagne and bourbons of hard to find vintages at reasonable prices (well ... not so much the bourbon, which is at secondary market prices) I was looking for what seemed like an impossible to find vintage of a fairly hard to get in the states French Bordeaux. This wine is well known but does not have many distributors in the US, so after a 6 month search, I was surprised to see it pop up on a Wine Searcher site at only very slightly more than some of the mail order sites which charge $30 - $40 in shipping. It so happened that I was going to be in the area, so I tried to call the store a few times and got no answer. Their website had an email address, so I hit it up and within 4 hours, a response came from the owner that he had a case and could get me a bottle. He was polite and knowledgeable and the responses came fast. I went into the store to find the bottle waiting for me, wrapped in bubble wrap, and we found a couple of other less expensive bottles of French wine that we drank in France but could not find in the US, so we bought a bunch of those too. On the way out, I noticed a bottle of almost 30 year old champagne, which was for sale at around $80 - $100 less than 'market value'. The vintage was a bit past its prime, but the best champagne can hold up, so I purchased it as well. I am very surprised based on the location (ie: being in Pittsfield vs. Lenox or Great Barrington.) ... this place has high end craft beer, the regular stuff (Bud, Bud Light, etc.), budget wines and very high end wines. There really is something for everyone ... a lot of the wines (even less expensive) are curated really well and its clear that the owner knows a thing or two about wines and spirits. Great, friendly customer service and knowledge ... I will stop in each time I am in the area. If you are looking for high end stuff, be sure to ask because it sounded like they might have some in stock in the cellar. I really enjoyed my experience here and whatever you are looking for, you might find it here. While the store isn't modern and fancy, it's clean and well organized and the prices (minus the bourbon) are very fair and reasonable.
