After try to charge me for parts on warranty work, fabricating labor hours and trying to charge me for parts they re used I'm not surprised to have my mechanic (who isn't a scumbag bag liar) tell me there is nothing wrong with my ball joints as Johnson had said. If you've used Johnson and are happy then you are in ignorant bliss because they certainly ripped you off.

In February I purchased a used 2019 F150 from a non-Ford dealership when turning in a lease. I recently had a need for warranty work and, against my better judgment, made an appointment with Johnson Ford. I say against my better judgment because I have family and friends that have had different issues with the sales and/or service dept. I thought I would give them the chance to prove what I've heard wrong since they are the most convenient Ford dealership for me.My initial call was shortly after the service dept. closed, but I had the option to leave a message and they would call me back. I never received a call - not that big of a deal. I called back to schedule a few days later and was told the next available appointment was more than 2 weeks out on a Thursday due to the one person who works with the problem I have being on vacation - OK everyone deserves a vacation and I know finding help is tough right now. I dropped my truck off the evening before my appointment so they could have it for the day. An hour before the service dept. closed on the day of the appointment I called them because I hadn't heard anything from them. I was told it hadn't been looked at due to the overwhelming number of jobs for the technician after returning from vacation, but if I could leave it another day it would be placed in a red folder to be expedited. I was a little frustrated, because what is the point of an appointment if they aren't scheduling them properly based on volume, but agreed to leave it. Not having heard from them again on the second day as closing time approached, I called to see what was going on. After being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes I hung up and decided to just head to the dealership before the service dept. closed. I did get a call back before I arrived. The representative said, "I'll just rip the bandaid off, I didn't get looked at today either." He then asked if I could leave it for the weekend or drop it off so they could look at it on Monday. Really? Why bother? Appointments obviously don't mean anything to them.I will be finding another, albeit less convenient, dealership who wants my business. Johnson Ford has unfortunately lived up to the reputation I had been told of.

Went in to first time service for my new Ford Bullitt.Car was not ready on time- had to wait 2hoirs + after scheduled pick up time.... in a make shift waiting area travelled by all between sales room and admin offices....not great during Covid.Car tires were checked later to have been overinflated by 4 pounds ( cold) ... Car was not cleaned off from paper and -plastic used to service the car.Mot a friendly experience ! Will not trust this dealership again.

Ill tell everyone reading this Johnson ford in pittsfield are roude and lie and charged my warranty for things they should not have and made me pay over 900 hundred for repairs that should have been covered by warranty...i reached out to Massachusetts attorney generals office for help and chris Johnson lied to her and refused to answer certain questions and refused to pay me back my 900.00 dollars they scammed out of me...the whole team at Johnson ford in pittsfield are a joke and i really hope they get what they deserve for over charging people..saying they fixed things when they have not...how can they continue to get away with this...please i tell anyone who has had a bad experience with this company to report them..if people take the time to properly report them they will not keep getting away with this...im a cna i cant afford to have money taken from me like this..chris Johnson is roude and not an honest person and seems to be running the business into the ground...so sad...

Chris and Tary Johnson (Owners) along with their father, have to be one of the best dealers in the area. If it wasn't for housing in the area, I'd be working for them today. This is a store that's well run, and has a ton of integrity. Whether you are looking for a new Ford or in for Service, everyone there has one thing in mind-your satisfaction. These folks have been in business for many many years, and will continue to be successful with brother and sister running the business.
