Johnson Ford is a special place. You don't find many car dealerships like Johnson. Very down to earth. The employees are friendly and professional. They obviously love working for Johnson Ford. Special mention for sales associate Steve Hamilton who is a pleasure to work with. I've purchased several cars from Johnson Ford, and I don't know why I would ever buy a Ford product anywhere else.

So I don’t think these people really want to sell cars here. I have 20,000 cash to buy a new vehicle. I’m just looking for used vehicles but nobody seems to want to help me. I remember a long time ago my grandfather came to the same place and had a similar story, you know they think you don’t have money when you got money I don’t know what the issue is but I guess it is what it is and these people just don’t get my business. Sorry you lost out on $20,000 sale. It was really simple. I just wanted to see a list of your cars with the prices next to it but you gotta answer telephone calls and ignore me so it is what it is man. I’ll just go somewhere else. Good luck attention anybody else that wants to come here don’t waste your time.

Very unhelpful and unprofessional. I have been having car problems for the past month and had it previously diagnosed at a separate place and was told it should be covered under ford warrenty. However I have not been able to get it fixed or even looked at by Ford to confirm until the problem came back recently. I had a scheduled appointment that I went to drop off the day prior (something I had discussed when making the appointment) only to find when I arrived that they had cancelled the appointment less than 24 hours prior of the appointment time without so much as a phone call to inform me. They "thankfully" were able to take it for just a diagnostic to confirm the problem is under warrenty, only to let me know that AFTER the diagnostic, that apperently my car itself is not covered under ford warrenty, despite previously being under the assumption that it was due to it being under 150k miles and less than 10 years old (what I was TOLD what mattered). So a month and $200 down the drain solely because Ford couldn't communicate that they actually CANNOT help.

Had a fantastic purchase experience at Johnson Ford. Jhonatan, our sales associate, was friendly and incredibly helpful. We were pretty much set on what we wanted; however, he pointed out all the features and options. Not pushy at all... everyone was in service to getting us the right car. Very patient with us through the entire process from test drives, deal negotiation, delivery and registration. The rest of the team was also remarkably helpful including Bryan, the sale manager, who made us a very fair deal on both the car and our trade-in. Would highly recommend shopping with Johnson Ford. Family owned dealership that both cares about selling you a car and building a relationship.

The salesperson, Ana at Johnson Ford in Pittsfield, Ma provided excellent customer service, as did the owner who took the time to thank me personally for the transaction. Who does that today, Johnson Ford apparently. Great Job, love hometown businesses. Service department has been great to work with as well. Outstanding customer service.
