I went to John’s Building Supply for materials for my slate patio I was relaying by myself. I am a complete novice and they were so patient, friendly, and helpful on walking me through the proper steps to ensure the job would be done correctly and last us. Every single employee I encountered (and I was in and out of the store multiple times gathering supplies and advice) was kind and courteous. Such a good and honest vibe there. Will definitely continue to only use John Building Supply for all my masonry, etc needs! You guys rock! (Pun intended)

I used online ordering and received notification my order was prepared for pickup. Upon arrival employees were very accommodating.

I don't shop there but I'd like to say this. When a business overdoes it with repetitious, annoying TV commercials, people get sick of it and get a negative and repulsive feeling about shopping there. In other words, TV commercials can cause a business to push people away instead of attracting them.

Ok, sometimes prices are higher than the big box stores, but you get better customer service to help you. But there are also times that prices are lower than the big box stores. I have always been happy whenever I shop at John's.

I came into Johns Building Supply for advice on my concrete basement floor on how to best seal and prep for ceramic tile. Jay was awesome. He showed me best products and walked me thru step by step for best results.. Thank you much for making this first project easy to accomplish.

Nothing short of Awesome! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. The Yardman is fantastic! Helpful and understanding of a novice in the field of masonry. The small difference in price makes John's a great alternative to the box stores.

Amazing customer service. As DIY homeowner building a pizza oven Jay took genuine interest in my project and advised me on many critical steps throughout project even taking phone call with questions. Appreciate Jay technical expertise on different ratio's to complete my refractory dome. Jay could have easily just sold me product I requested without asking questions which changed my decision and quality of my finished oven. Thank you Jay for world class customer service.

The BEST place for all your masonry needs. Large yard has an awesome selection of bricks, pavers and natural stone. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
