They got right to work on the car and got it fixed. They struggled with substandard parts supplied by a local parts house. They got us back on the road. We are 16 hours drive from home so that saved part of our vacation.

Great people. They checked my car out, diagnosed the issue, and called the Subaru dealership to check if the issue was covered by my warranty for me. It was, and they didn't charge me anything for the diagnotic.
