“I WAS HERE ON 11/2/25 SUNDAY PAYING ON MY MOM'S CABLE BILL.. I WENT IN THERE AND BY PASSED THIS MACHINE IN THE FRONT THAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO PUT YOUR NAME INTO & THE REASON FOR YOUR VISIT IS WHAT I'M THINKING.. I WAITED IN LINE FOR A GOOD 20 MINUTES OR SO . THERE WERE TWO CLERKS TENDING TO A FEW PPLS, BUT WHEN I HEARD ONE OF THE CLERKS SAY A WOMEN'S NAME SHE SPOKE UP AND SAID THAT I WAS THERE BEFORE HER WAITING.. THAT'S WHEN I REALIZED I BY PASSED THE MACHINE.. I THANKED THE LADY FOR SPEAKING UP, AND NOT CUTTING ME.. THE GUY WHO WAITED ON ME WAS NICE ABOUT IT AND NOW I KNOW FOR THE NEXT VISIT.. CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT!”

“Since I travel a lot, I'll stick with Verizon as I find they have the best coverage nationwide and the most convenient international plans, despite not having the best coverage here in the Berkshires. This particular store is a hit or miss. Depending on who you get, they can either be helpful or not.Edit *. I bumped another star up since they responded. Always appreciate a response.”
