“Kudos to the agent that helped us yesterday June 4th. Travelling from Vancouver, BC Canada via Ottawa, Ontario. After arriving in upstate NY we had a crazy drive on country roads to. Pittsfield, Mass. Knowing we didn’t want to repeat this drive we went to the nearest AAA. Sorry didn’t catch the agents name. Explaining our situation he showed the map to us as well as planned a more straightforward route. We were so relieved with all he did. No worries we will get back for our flight with ease.
