Scott Schiff was a great salesman to work with. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The sales team found the EXACT car I wanted and within my budget!! During this purchase, the managers - Justin Casey, Ally Curley, and Chris Kramek made everything fall into place for a seamless transaction. I’m very happy with my new Subaru!! The service and parts department have always been great to me as well. I will absolutely be back!

Haddad Subaru and salesman Scott tried to sell me a car with a open recall without even being able to fix the car for over a month. When we tried discussing the pricepoint of the vehicle, salesman scott became hostile and spoke to us in a rude manner. Afterwards when further realizing i couldn't do the car at the price point they wanted, scott insulted my character and called me a scam. If looking for a used car do not go to Haddad Subaru as they seemed unaware of the open recall of the car they tried to sell me and treat customers hostile when it comes to negotiating.

They apparently don’t know what they’re talking about. Told me my car would be $8,000 to fix and that it needed new Catalytic converters. Berkshire Muffler fixed it for $450, and showed/explained to us exactly what Subaru was incorrect about. I never needed new Catalytic converters, just a new pipe. It is now completely fixed & runs great. I don’t know if Haddad was just trying to get more money out of us or what, but yikes. That is a huge price difference.
I had heard bad things about this place already but decided to try it anyway since it is near home, won’t be making that mistake again. I do not recommend going here for anything. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Edited to add - you guys also changed my oil and put a new sticker on that said it was due again at 103,000 miles yet my car was at 107,000 miles when you changed the oil. Just overall incompetent staff. Won’t be going back.

Just got my first Subaru and cannot say enough good things about my experience at Haddad Subaru. From my first look on their website through the whole purchasing process, they were knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, flexible and went out of their way to make this a very positive experience. Special shout out to Scott Schiff for helping me find exactly what I wanted and going out of his way to find me the best deal possible. I highly recommend them!!!

Horrible experience. At first the salesman was nice as most are but everything after was just lies. The car ended up costing almost $3000 more then originally planned, the car seats were still stained when I was promised that they would clean and the. I was told since it was a "certified" car it would have a bumper to bumper warranty but after I signed I found out that was also a lie. Patrick the salesman lied to me about my approved rate and what the Haddad fees. Anthony in their financial office was all about ripping off the customer on warranty prices which I was originally told the car came with and then useless insurance which you can get for dollars on a auto policy if you wanted. I was told I would have the car in 1-3 days and took almost 2 weeks and after I finally drove off with it I went and got new tires (was not required but I wanted ones I knew were good for winter) and find out that the alignment was off. Haddad was unwilling to work with their customers if it means they lose a single penny and to me that's just horrible business and a spot in the face as here in Massachusetts once you sign the papers both parties need to be in a agreement to return the car and Haddad Subaru was not agreeing to even help with the price of getting the car cleaned or aligned which adds even more costs to the car. It was literally the worse experience from a car dealership I have ever seen.
Update:
I go back out of curiosity as they have me a doable trade in value and said they could work out a price the vehicle I was looking at. After going in person to talk details the guys there basically laughed and cut the trade in almost half and then tried saying the car is listed under value vs by other dealership around. While I was there getting told this I looked up a few other Subaru dealerships and found a better deal elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time but got what they originally offered for the trade in and Bertera even dropped another $1k off the vehicle to keep my business. Haddad is a sketchy place to shop and guess it really depends on the sales rep you get.

First of all this is my 3rd Crosstrek and I wouldn't buy anything else. What I like about Haddad is I never got pressured to buy like other dealers. Like having my car serviced there also. Confident who ever is working on my car has been trained and is knowledgeable.

When I went in to have my snow tires changed out to all-year in April, and to have an inspection, etc., Brandon Forquer, my absolute favorite Senior Service Advisor, went above and beyond to help me!
Things went awry, as is often the case in life, but he met every challenge spectacularly, with kindness and wit and swiftly, and no extra delays.
What could have been an ongoing nightmare was taken care of professionally and with grace.
He has made me a true believer, and has earned my loyalty forever!
Someone, please, give this guy a Raise!

Another absolutely happy 1st time Subaru owner. I wanted to trade in my Volvo and reading the glowing CR reports on Subaru cars I wanted to see what it was all about 1st hand. I had the fortunate opportunity to be greeted by Scott Schiff and my journey began. After test driving 3 different cars and loving the Forester my husband insisted that I go to other dealers and test drive more brands since he didn't want me to make an instant decision. After driving 6 more brands/styles it solidified my decision that the Subaru Forester was the one for me. When I went back to make my final decision the crew at Haddad Subaru treated me with nothing but respect and patience with all of my questions and concerns. Ally and Justin worked hard to find the exact car I wanted with the price I was very happy with!! Anthony made sure I understood the financing paperwork and Scott is the ultimate professional that I happily recommend to my family and friends that need a great car from an honest sales consultant who took the time to make sure I was going home with the car that I would love and to even after the sale take the time to show me all the options on my new car and even set up my phone!! Please don't hesitate to see the wonderful gang at Haddad's and see what the great Subaru Buzz is all about!

He called me as soon as I inquired about the car, sent the shuttle to pick me up and was kind, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, polite, and considerate of all my needs. This was my first visit to Haddad Subaru and my first time owning a Subaru. From the very beginning, they were great! I drove in from CT, they were ready when I walked in and had the car that I was interested in on the lot for me to test drive. Scott Schiff was my salesman, and he was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, attentive and I never felt like I was just another number. Scott was on top of every detail and followed through on everything. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would definitely return to buy another vehicle. Thank you Scott!
