I’ve been a loyal haddad customer for 12 years. They helped me find a car when I was 21 and driving across the country. Now, we’ve just bought our 4th car and I have to say, the customer care was the most outstanding it’s ever been. Shoutout to the whole crew, especially Chris C. who was a pleasure to work with!

I would like to thank the Haddad /Hyundi dealership for their above and beyond support and service. I have never seen such a well run car dealership , where everyone involved made the purchase of my Jeep such a wonderful experience. They all worked as a team together and each and everyone from the sale to the insurance to the sticker inspection and new plates was a pleasure, and I will never forget each one of you. I especially want to thank Chris for all the time and kindness helping me navigate my new panel- explaining the CarPlay , while putting my information so It was right there for me to enjoy. Thank you!

Worst car dealership in the Berkshires! Save your self the hassle and take the trip to Balise Hyundai where you’ll be treated with the utmost respect and they will bend over backwards for you! Haddad
makes it crystal clear that they are just in it for them! Take the business out of the Berkshires! You’ll be happy you did!
When you’re buying they will be very responsive but once the $ comes in you are dead to them and they are on to the next person.
Call your “Home Dealership” and expect assistance only to be strung along and not given proper information and boom you got a repair under warranty that they won’t pay. All because no one follows their word with empty promises of call backs!
Find it funny when they wanted my lease back they could call all me around the clock! Or when their service department is slow they can reach out to offer service… but if you need something you can’t get an answer.
It starts at the top! Doug is a hide behind the screens keyboard responder! George Haddad should be embarrassed that your GM can’t make a phone call to a client but can say “no” behind a computer but only after being chased down by phone and email.

I had the absolute worst experience with them. My first issue was that the truck had a gas leak and a bunch of other issues that they didn't catch at first they tried to make me pay to tow it then eventually I got them to have it towed and take care of the issue then they didn't even have a rental lined up for me and this was less than a week after I bought it mind you then they made me take an Uber home and pay for it and said they pay me back then lied later and refuse to pay me back 75 bucks. After finding out I had to do yet more work on the truck I decided I didn't want to have to deal with them and go through the horrible process that I had to deal with on the last issue with my truck so I told them that I would handle it myself they then offered to pay me $275 because of my issues. I never received the check!!! Now the truck that I bought there has had endless issues only 3 months later I've had to change the throttle body completely, it looks like they didn't install the fuel pump they had to change properly because I now have evap leaks. The customer service was awful. The salesman was completely sleazy. I strongly recommend you go literally anywhere else I strongly wish I could go back on my purchase they sold me a money pit and lied every step of the way.
Just want to add they never paid me back or reached out to me!! They suck!!

Went to buy a Hyundai, worst customer experience I've EVER had!
The salesman was obviously trying to pull one over on us, they lied about where the car was and wouldn't show us. Turns out they didn't even know where it was!
Super pushy and blatantly disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and do NOT get a car from here!

I HATE this place so much, they ruined my life, DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I was having a slight revving in second gear and I needed to have some recalls done, they said the oil needed to be changed, so I had them do It for $300. Afterwards my car still had a slight revving(it was almost imperceptible at this point), so I said I want them to look at it again and see what's up. I brought it in again and 3 hours later they tell me I need a new transmission for $4000, they don't give me any information on what's wrong with my car or anything, they just say there is a service note from Hyundai saying to change the transmission on other cars with this issue. So I say ok I'll think about it and get a second opinion and leave. I get it my car to drive away and it hard jerks and revs in every gear now, not just the slight rev in second, there was also something left in the obt port blinking and beeping so I went right back and said what's going on? My car is worse now then it ever was, they say it is just a coincidence and they did nothing wrong, next thing I know they are trying to sell me another car for twice the value.
I've talked to other mechanics and to people on Hyundai forums and it's suspected that they reset the TCM in my car and never set it to relearn it's adaptive values back to the way it was, which is a very bad thing to do with a car with an older transmission like mine.
I am a disabled American and only work part time, I cannot afford to buy a new transmission or a new car and I need to get to work, now I am in constant panic when I'm driving my car to and from work that it is going to break down on the side of the road. I really don't know what to do at this point....I hate this place, I was dumb and should have never brought my car here.
