Everything is wonderful about them except ONE thing. The lab they use to make the night guards is absolutely unacceptable. Almost two yrs ago I paid for a night guard. I still don't have it. The office is working diligently to try to get the lab to get this correct. This lab company has lost my original guard they were to repair, broken molds so I have to make more, keeps making it poorly so I go back in over and over. This is not uncommon for this lab from what I understand. However, the head office over see's all location branches and this site is one of many, if no others are complaining, it's not likely to change mouth guard labs. Bad for business in my opinion. It's enough to make me want to leave and I've been there 6+ years. Completely frustrated.

Dr. Nanal is absolutely incredible. He truly goes above and beyond for every patient. He is honest and thorough and takes his time to make sure things are done right and done well the first time. If something needs fixing he will fix it as swiftly as possible. The staff is all very welcoming and accommodating. There often tends to be a bit of a wait, but that is usually because the team is going out of their way to ensure the best patient care every time, even if that means someone may have a wait a little longer so someone else can get one more filling or a little extra care so they don’t have to wait a long time for another appointment or be left in pain.

Terrible communication. Don't ever need to reschedule an appointment because you will never hear from them. I went so long without my calls returned and going untreated that i switched dentists, best decision I've ever made. Also the new doctor does not listen when you say you have painful sensitive teeth, i was in pain EVERY time I left this place.

Sue the hygienist is Awesome. As far as needing a verbal conformation that you will make your appointment, they never answer the phone and the voicemail is full so I had to drive there to give my conformation
Also,why bother sending the conformation text message of thats not an acceptable way to confirm.
