Staff apologized for the wash not getting some dirt off; offered to run the car through again. Second pass did a real number on the car finish, but location won't accept the word of the detail shop they recommended.

The young man working tonight saw I was having trouble with my credit card and walked over to help me with the transaction. He was very patient with me as he directed me into place for drive through wash. He was very courteous and friendly throughout the entire process

came through here with my jeep quite often. it made it cleaner, but not clean.came through with my truck ( first wash after i picked it up from the dealership ) and it scratched it in a bunch of places, some down to bare metal and nobody will get back to me. left multiple messages, and nearly a month later nobody has reached out.would NOT recommend!!canceled my membership and will not return.

This car wash did significant damage to my vehicle and after filling out a report, I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve tried reaching MARCUS by phone and email numerous times, but no response.It’s been over a month.

Love this place ! Other than the two times people pressed their brakes at the end to dry their car longer clearly not using their brain realizing we are on a trac that keeps moving ? other than that good prices and love the free vacuums!
