“Always busy, unfortunately. But everyone loves a bargain and their gas is cheaper than anywhere. The air pump is also free, but is placed where you may risk getting hit by a car if you use the pump on the passenger side!”

“Mobile on South Street is the cheapest place to get gas in Pittsfield they're always the cheapest sometimes it's by three cents but even though that $0.03 does add up friendly customers and staff and they sell beer”

“Best Cumberland Farms
In Massachusetts. Very Friendly. They never fail to say Good Morning, when you enter. I had issues with my bank card, forgot my pin, Normal for a Disabled Veteran. I asked the lady cashier, to hold my items,I would be back. She actually did :) when I came back 1 hour later. I'm an Uber driver, I always tell my riders about this Cumberland Farms! Thank you for being nice ?”

“Your normal gas station, friendly staff! Always clean and smells good in the store. Like all other gas stations they have all sorts and different varieties of snacks, candy, drinks, gum and even small house hold items and things you can make at home like Mac and cheese or ravioli. All that and more in this very very small gas station”

“I usually only stop here for gas, but when I do the staff inside is always friendly. They always seem to be laughing and having a good time, while also keeping the place clean and organized! Not a bad place for a cheap cup of Joe either”

“I always go to this gas station when possible. As a female I've always felt safe pumping gas here, which for me is paramount. It's very well lit, on a busy road, accepts Market 32/Price Chopper points, and if you need anything from the convenience store the employees are very friendly, and it's well stocked with many selections of items! There are a number of gas pumps available, so I've never had to wait for one to open up. There's never any trash blowing around, none of the pumps are gross or dirty (there are trash cans next to every pump, which is super convenient), and I've never had the inconvenience of pulling up, shutting off my car, getting out my cards then walking around to the pump to find out it's closed/broken.”

“I went to put air in my tires on Saturday April 7 at 340pm. I couldn't not get the cap off of my tire thing. The attendant, who was very busy, came over to assist me. He couldn't get it off either but wouldn't give up. He continued to try and continued to come back with things to try. He finally got it and I was able to fill my tire.”

“Absolutely disagree with some of the nasty things said about the employees here. They always smile and say hi when you come in. Takes no effort to smile back and say hello. Treat them with respect, and they will do the same to you. The young woman with red hair was even kind enough to get a couple bags of cat litter from the back for me when they were out of stock on the shelf.”

“This location is not a full restaurant. It is located in a gas station that has a small Ramunto's pizza store. The Dunkin has never screwed up any of my orders, and I have had no problems at this location. Been going there 6 years.”

“What an awesome place with such kind, thoughtful, and friendly employees! After a long, busy day it’s truly a luxury to stop by a full service gas station. Especially on wicked hot days or when it’s raining non stop.I have to say, I appreciate stopping by; the staff (and I’ve encountered all 3 of the current employees) are all so diligent in getting to the car as soon as I pull up, meaning little to no wait. Very friendly, and respectful they get the gas pumped the windshields wiped clean and your back on your way!If you’re looking for a full service gas station in Pittsfield, Ma Citgo on Elm st is highly recommended!”

“I was trying to pump my gas and was having trouble this morning. I went inside and Matt was kind enough to come outside to see what I was doing wrong. Kind, courteous, and very helpful. Thank you Matt!”

“This place had everything we expected including a nice little pizza shop where they would make fresh little personal size pizzas for you. The Dunkin’ Donuts is also attached. However like most attach Dunkin’ Donuts that things were a little old.Gas price well everyone was nice”

“It's a OK location though not much residential nearby so you'd have to drive. It's near Hilton garden Inn but Guidos Fresh Market is closer. cleanliness is decent, people are friendly and willing to help. The prices I feel are ok but discounts not as good as the local Big Y so that's the reason for my rating.”

“People here are always very friendly and like to have conversation / make jokes during even short interactions. My only complaint is the alarm that sounds every time the door opens.”

“Always open, usually entertaining people outside when it's really late, and the staff are friendly. Also, the night shift always has an armed guard in store.”
