Pleasure doing business with Laura once again, this is the third car I’ve bought from her, one Audi and two BMW’s. Every person I encountered at Berkshire BMW was terrific. I highly recommend this dealership.
Three years have passed and my lease with free service has ended. The car runs well and has low mileage so I purchased it at the end of the lease.
The free service was disappointing. The free service consisted of oil changes, fluid refills and cleaning. I was pressed to do uncovered expensive repairs that were not covered before they were needed (i.e. brakes and tires). I did replace the brakes at less than half BMW'S quote from my local mechanic. When the rear windshield wiper made noise they wanted $40 to replace it. I had it done for $12. When I requested the tires be rotated I was told you don't have to do that because the car has all wheel drive. Don't the front wheels turn?
The people at this dealership are very nice because they want to sell their cars and service. Shop around before buying both!

Not much of a sample size, but called two hours in advance. Arrived, zero parking, then waited 30mins for someone to assist even though they knew we were coming and when. On top of that, they supplied one single gallon of gas in the car we were to "test drive." That gave up 25 miles total worth of gas, so we were afraid of being stranded to the point where the remote start wouldn't work due to low fuel. The last thing we were told was an obvious and blatant lie about a New Yorker flying in to purchase the car we were interested in. We won't be back.

We recently purchased a 2024 BMW x5 from Berkshire BMW. We made various arrangements to see and potentially purchase the car over the phone and via internet. This was important because we live one hour and 40 minutes away.
We have purchased 8-10 BMWs over the years. This purchase process was one of the best that we ever experienced. The trade-in value of our former BMW was established ahead of time and honored at closing. Our new BMW’s features were exactly as advertised. The BMW financing was at a very favorable rate and very easy to complete. All of this was completed in a little over an hour. Our previous purchase at Keller BMW in Albany took over four hours and before the transaction was completed they tried to back out of a signed agreement.

The charming and extremely knowledgeable Laura was a delight to work with. Together, and patiently, we worked our way through several Audi and BMW models before landing on a BMW X4 M40i.
At delivery, she spent an inordinate time instructing me on the numerous features and even setup the most important safety and comfort ones.
I could not be happier with Lauren, BMW of Pittsfield or my purchase.

Came into test drive a car which was sold not a big deal then asked to test drive another and I sat there for an hour and didn’t get to test drive anything! Waste of time not to mention then telling me my numbers don’t add up which maybe I said it wrong but that’s fine he asked if I had money to put down I said if I had to and pretty much told me it was out of my budget and offered me other lower choices and said we have a Volkswagen with 100,000 miles on it which you prolly wouldn’t want. Just because i said if i had to don’t mean I don’t have nothing between me and my fiancé we have 60k to 70k saved but I thought of it for a little while I will just go through Carvana I don’t want to leave a bad review and cause problems but this is my personal opinion don’t assume everyone is broke ??
