I've had so many problems receiving packages from fedex, never on time deliveries, fake delivery attempted notices, and packages delivered to the wrong addresses. Drivers like to ignore packages that need a signature. You name it, and it's happened. In my opinion, you should just avoid using them as much as possible.

I had to ship back items from a Walmart delivery. This is the first time I've done this at a FedEx Drop off using their QR code only, so I wasn't sure how it would go. It was surprisingly easy. I had multiple boxes, I had sticky notes marking which box had which items in it to keep the QR codes in the emails straight. All you have to do for these returns is put the items back into the boxes, tape the boxes securely, remove any stickers from the box, and go to the Fed Ex location. They scan the QR code. I had my credit by the time I got down the street. But they tell you it takes up to 5 days. The employee that was working was very polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. I had no problems at all. For any future FedEx needs I'm definitely going to this location.

Staff is rude and they don’t print labels here, which would be fine if one was able to know that prior to actually arriving at the front door. Don’t come here

I am 84 years old & handicapped. Every 6 weeks I order 24 cans of dog food, which the delivery guy leaves on the sidewalk, in all kinds of weather, instead of on my screened-in porch. I have spent nearly 2 hours online trying to leave delivery instructions online, with no success, and then spoke to a rep online who could not help me. I don't have this problem with UPS or USPS, who always leave items on my porch table. I cannot pick up 24 cans of dog food off a sidewalk. If I could order this from any other delivery company, I would, but I am stuck with Fedex.
