This place sucks the never have what you need it's always dirty high turnover ... IDK how that place is still up and running cause literally they never have anything u actually need ... They are surviving off of no name junk .... IDK what it's gonna take cause it's been like that for years but at least In the past they had what u needed u just had to find it cause stuff was everywhere... Just another store in the randown ghost town making the city look bad ... And if employees are reading this I'm not talking about you but if you feel some type of way then do something about it... And take pride in what u do stand on it ... Ya never know things might chang And u might starting climbing the ladder to success!!! Ijs... #rantover

This is a hood store, be careful of your surroundings. They are perpetually short staffed, boxes are left unpacked and it’s dirty but I actually don’t blame the staff, most times I go there there’s barely enough staff to keep the cash registers going and it’s not the fault of the people that showed up, who are usually very nice. Corporate needs to work on staff retention, increasing pay and needed to hire security YESTERDAY. The brief time I was there most recently there were several people who appeared to be addicts and/or homeless that walked in and brazenly stole and walked out. I’ve been followed around the store and approached for money on more than one occasion. If you have a car/transportation I would recommend going elsewhere if you can .

It's not the cleanest store, and they don't have most stuff, but they are good if you just need a quick drink, deodorant, or to add $ onto a prepaid debit card. They add funds to cash app too!

I've never really held a high opinion of this store. I don't know if it's the same with all Family Dollar stores, but this one in particular has issues and has had issues for years. For one thing it seems to be perpetually dirty and not kept very well. Secondly it seems to be perpetually cluttered, and takes forever for the staff in the store to stock things and get it out of the way of the customers. I feel like I'm going to bump into stuff constantly, and have to just as constantly walk around that stuff. I am giving this three stars because the staff is for the most part, and most of the time friendly and amicable. Perhaps they need better management, or more likely new owners.

Some prices are good some are not. The staff is rude and the store is always dirty. I go more out of convenience because it's closer than most stores.EDIT: store has only got worse. Staff is still rude and the store is dangerous. I won’t bring kids in there because of safety. Staff doesn’t care about anything other then getting paid. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere else now. Also, prices are higher and it’s not worth the convenience anymore.

Dirty, cluttered, smells like cigarettes, the freezer smells like rotten meat, selling expired milk. Go to Dollar General or the Dollar Tree unless you have no other choice.
