refused to sell a 40 year old man cigarettes without ID (was stolen with backpack off bus - have to get a new one). terrible selection of goods, impolite and even scathing i'd say towards myself as a potential customer. i have grey hair - if i were < 21 years of age i wouldn't appear as such...that must be obvious to all but the clerk.

Great place! Very cool to have a movie rental place still around. Plus they have a large section of inexpensive used dvds for sale.

VHS tapes. This is the oldest video store in pittsfield. Use to rent them when my 27 year old was a baby. Nice staff etc.

A great little gem for DVD's. The staff is great. To join you do need to prove residents. So go prepared.
