So it's a Dunkin inside a gas station the atmosphere isn't anything special but the staff are GREAT AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP!!! THEY GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT YUP ? LOVE THAT PART AS OTHERS DONT SO MUCH. If you want fresh and fast this location is the go to!!!!Parking: Parking in front of store and how the side that the drive thru is on also has decent parking!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes 1st floor wheelchairs easily in and out including restrooms for EVERYONE!!!

Nothing better than running late for work, so figured I'd stop here because it's quick for a Large Americano 2cream 2 sugars, and what I got was Hot water with cream and sugar. No hint of coffee flavor let alone espresso. ??

Food is always fresh. But the service has been lacking lately. I go there 4-5 times a week and the same people work that shift. For the past month the exact same guy and girl have been taking care of my orders and have be really rude and very unwelcoming. I always say please and thank you and they just shove the drinks or food out the window with a sour look on their face. I hope this changes soon.

My mom and I went here this morning and we had gotten a coffee and 2 donuts. The guy taking our order repeated our order back to us and it was correc, and he was super nice. When we got up to the window the lady gave us the wrong coffee and when we accidentally tried to use a wrong payment method the lady not only tried to give us the wrong coffee but flipped out on my poor mother, boy was she a bitch. She was so incredibly for absolutely no reason, my mom then realized that she was using the wrong payment and fixed it. I hope she had a miserable day and takes that money and shoves it up her ass.

It was shocking. All of the employees were hanging outside smoking, etc. we waited at the counter for a while but no one came inside to take any order. It’s a dirty place with the worst customer service. All of the employees were outside for at least the whole time we were here at least for 15+ minutes.

This branch is a bit of a nightmare. Super dirty inside and clearly no effort to address it. Crumbs and trash all over the tables and floor. Smelled of burning plastic. Phone rang 25 times and no one answered. No customers inside and none in drive through so not sure what the employees were so busy with. The franchise owner might want to do some unannounced visits. Try a different coffee spot.

This is my favorite dunkin in all of the many states I've been too. Right on the lake. Clean. Friendly. A beautiful gazebo to sit and look at the mountains and lake!

The customer service at this location is spectacular. Ian is a great associate and goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The entire staff has show amazing customer service and really does a fantastic job. Very unusual for a Dunkin But this one is a shining star.
