Well I went in to look at a pepper spray that had different options. When I asked a simple question that they could have helped answer by looking in the display case and used proper customer service, all the girl said was "all we have us what's there" and didnt bother to help me.Since the item was in a display case I couldnt really see the full options. No smiles, no eye contact, no customer service skills whatsoever. Won't be back.

Notoriously slow and poorly stocked location. Employee turnover seems to be a real issue at this location either that or the training is absolutely horrible. No one knows what they're doing in this place.... Take the trip to Albany you're gonna have to do it anyway or order it online.

We went in when they were closing and didn’t know they were..the employee (I’m not sure his name) but he had brown short hair looked at us and rudely told us “we are closing..” very dirtily. I would recommend teaching more customer service etiquette..it’s not polite to blatantly tell customers to leave the way this employee did. Definitely not a great experience..

I seemed to have startled 2 male employees around my age when walking by me! The men were focused on their personal conversations & didn't notice me walk in so I think they were worried whether or not I had heard what they were discussing lol but surprisingly the young man working alone in the back was super hard at work moving quickly around & was able to find me exactly what I needed even quicker! Overall it was a good experience!

This place really needs more employees. I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me in the golf department and when someone finally showed up I wasn't even acknowledged and he waited on someone who just walked in. I waited another 10 minutes then I left never to return again. Too bad, when this place opened it had a golf pro on staff who could help with anything golf related.

Awful experience with “Bob The Running Specialist”. He argued with me, yanked my foot as I was trying on sneakers, yelled at me and then tried to offer me a discount when I told him how aggressive and inappropriate he was being. I filed an official complaint with corporate and I hope that no one ever has to deal with his “customer service “ ever again. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there over the years and I will never go back

I checked online for availability of an item, it reported plenty, drove all the way there, but when I got the, "the last one just sold". Next time I'll do an online order for in-store pick-up, and call to confirm before I waste my time and gas.

I place an online order from Dick's sporting goods, theirs websites was showing 3 units available, I drove two hours just to pick up that tent from this location in Pittsfield MA, when I get there they just cancel my order. They told me that the system was not accurate Now I have wait 4 to 5 business to get my money back..
