If you are a customer you will probably have a good experience. If you are a client bringing in clothes for consignment, that is an entirely different story. If you are planning on doing this, make sure you bring them in with the intention of leaving the items with them if they do not sell. I contracted to have mine returned to me for 40% credit or 30% cash if unsold items are returned. RETURNED is the key word here. After the consignment period a courtesy call was to be made advising of the non-sold items. This was never done. I called intermittently throughout this time period to request an update and always received a curt "nothing sold" with no further information and then was told that there was no card on me. So I decided to come in and retrieve the clothes myself and was greeted with the nastiest attitude of any business owner I have ever come across. The owner was extremely defensive and rude and practically threw the clothes at me. This is my own personal opinion, and I may be wrong, but these consignment shops are in the business of making money and I question their claim of giving all of the non-sold items to charity.

if you have not been in yet, get there! The quality, atmosphere and selection are awesome!! Lots of options for clothing, accessories, shoes and more. Plus you can clean out your closet and bring in your things to consign.

I have shopped here a few times now and enjoyed the experience. Good quality and friendly staff. I plan to take my old blingy show dresses in to allow someone else to enjoy wearing them as I once did. My only wish is that there were more plus size tops. Thank you Designer Consigner.
