The best place to buy a dress. The ladies that work there know what they are doing. So fun, amazing experience. Highly recommended. They make you feel amazing.

I have purchased a few very special dresses here. I love everything about the staff of this store and highly recommend that you go there to purchase for your special days too. This one was a full length gown that they cut down perfectly for my daughters derby birthday party.

they are fatphobic unhelpful and over priced. everyone who works there is snobby, rude, and unwilling to listen to anything other than their own opinion. they are not helpful at all unless you’re a size zero.

i would never go here again they are terrible not only do the have incredibly ugly dresses for the few they have but they are also terrible at costumer service. they were very rude to me and my friends i’m not sure what the lady’s name is but she should get thought how to talk to people. my friend is like a size 6 (we didn’t know at the time) and she wore baggy clothes to the store. we told the lady who was talking to us that she didn’t know what size she was and the lady looked at her and says she’s probably like a size 16 or 18. we asked if she could try on a green dress that she really liked The lady was helping us responded with no yeah I just wanna I can’t let her try that on because I know that size, the dress was a size 7 and puffy at the bottom. we tried on the bigger dresses (sizes 16-20) and she was swimming in the size 16. we told the lady who was helping us they where too big and she didn’t belive us. I wrote a comment similar to this earlier but they seem to have deleted it! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Deidre was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend shopping there and working with her team! Deirdre tailored my dream wedding dress to perfection! The dress was unique and quite complex to make work with my height, and it could not have come out more beautiful. Deirdre and her team made us feel special and gave great attention to make sure everything came out flawless. When we left for my final fitting we saw a double rainbow right outside the shop which was a great omen!

I got my dress there and it was what I was looking for it, I went to different stores in the area (the most popular ones) and I couldn’t find the quality and price that Deidre has. Deidre and her place is a Gem ? in the Berkshires.The sad part of it and why I am not giving 5 stars is because when I went to pick it up and the last fitting (today) she wasn’t alone and the person who was helping her was rude in the way how she was referring to everything, the tones and the way how she was completely the opposite to Deidre plus this lady (Deidre’s assistant) wasn’t wearing a mask inside the store and getting close to everything. I didn’t feel comfortable and I thought I was the only one who noticed it feel that way but my Mom thought the same or every time she say something we were just looking at each other ?But Deidre is amazing and she knows what she does, I hope whenever you go have a great experience as the way how I had it the first time

So brides, grab your girls and champagne & head to Deidre’s for a private appointment. I recommend any new bride to check out this store, also if you are looking for a dress for any occasion they have them too!

TLDR: Don't waste your time here. Rude and unhelpful.When I was in high school I went dress shopping here and had a negative experience. I felt like nobody was helping me or taking me seriously until I tried on one of the most expensive dresses in the store.Years later when I got engaged I came here to shop for a wedding dress. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was excited but nervous. I was nervous that I would be made to feel uncomfortable or body shamed and my worst fears came true.The appointment started by my consultant telling me to look around and pull something I like. She did not ask me what I wanted and pull dresses for me. I pulled a few dresses and explained what I liked to my consultant. She brought me everything but what I described. I was constantly put in poofy dresses even though I said repeatedly that it wasn't what I wanted.There was one dress that I liked but I was told that most of their dresses came in a sample size 6, so as a size 12 I was out of luck. My consultant suggested to me that I just order this $2000 dress without trying it on. They also told me there was no way to request a sample in another size, even when I offered to pay to get the additional sample dress.I am happy to say that I found the dress of my dreams in another store. They customized it for me, listened to my wishes, and were so fabulous. When I told them the dress I wanted to try on (the same one from this store) they double checked the size of the sample prior to my appointment, but offered to order it in the necessary size if it wasn't going to fit.

I can't begin to describe how great Deidres is. The choices were great and Deidre was so professional, helpful and I felt like she was going to make sure I would look beautiful & I felt like a princess
