I do not know how there are so many 5 star reviews of this store. 3 times Cricket Customer service has sent me to this store to deal with issues with my phone, and three times they were no help at all. Would not even look at or examine the phone. In the words of the person behind the counter (same guy all three times), "I don't know anything about how it works." That kind of says it all.Go to Phone Bros out on Housatonic street, they actually know what they are doing and will treat you a lot better.

I have had cricket for years. I love the service. What I don't like is the customer service. They are not friendly. The worst thing for me is when looking to upgrade my phone, they were charging $100 for iPhone 11 for new customers... okay, but existing customers have to pay $500 for same phone and a $25 upgrade "fee"... not a good way to thank your existing customers.

I am a long time Cricket customer. Been in lots of Cricket stores. Never been treated better in any Cricket store. Customer service and knowledge were tops.
