Beautiful, historic art-deco theatre. (See photos). Comfortable seats, lobby, and bar. Friendly and helpful staff and volunteers show you to your seats. And we saw a Great show --- "Young Frankenstein" a musical by Mel Brooks. It was hysterical!

LOVE THE COLONIAL THEATRE!!! I've been to a few shows here and all of them exceeded expectations! The staff is so helpful and kind, the seats are comfortable with great views, and the performances have been fantastic.

The theater is BEAUTIFUL. I grew up in Pittsfield and as a small child my dad & Mr Miller of Miller's Paint store showed me the forgotten theater. (Early 60's) It was like a haunted movie in my memories. The theater has come back to life with all its grace & splender. We saw Max Creek and they are amazing. It was a wonderful evening.

Such a gem of a location. If you have not been here yet, make plans to go soon!Lots of various events year round. Very affordable and parking is plentiful nearby.
