After having stopped by another local jeweler who wanted twice the amount of money and would have to send it out for a standard repair on a hook for a sterling necklace, I was thrilled to find a classic, expert shop with an in-house jeweler. Charland did a great job, for a normal fee-- and my necklace was polished as well. Since then they've done a couple other jobs for me-- resizing rings and updating watches. Great place, so glad I found them!

Mark and his team are amazing. They took great care of all of our wedding purchases. From my engagement ring, wedding bands and wedding party gifts. We’ve continued to come back time and time again with any jewelry needs we have. If he doesn’t carry it in his store he will order it for you.If you purchase you’re jewelry from Charland’s they will also maintain it!

I go to Charland Jewelers for all of my jewelry needs and wants. The store carries a wide variety of styles within all price ranges and if you can’t find what you are looking for, they can bring in the product that you desire. Mark and his staff always go above and beyond to ensure that you leave happy and taken care of. Most repairs and cleanings are done on site and in a timely matter. I highly recommend Charland Jewelers!

The owner, Mark is extremely talented. He’s able to take any piece and customize it for you, or, will find anything you hope for. Has great selections as well! He took my grandmother’s first engagement ring, that’s over 60 years old and refinished it for me. On top of that, my engagement ring is from him. Which he’ll clean anytime for me, and he has. Has even delivered it for me to my job! His staff is always professional, and friendly. His store is warm and welcoming. It’s located conveniently and has plenty of parking. What more can you ask for?!

I have been a customer of Mark Charland’s since he began in the jewelry business! I was thrilled when he opened his own business and it is the only place that I go for my jewelry purchase and repairs. His integrity and honesty makes him stand out above the rest. I have purchased many items from Charland Jewelers and I have had many pieces that are sentimentally irreplaceable repaired… I am NEVER DISAPPOINTED!! Mark reset my mother’s diamond for me, taking time to help me pick out just the right setting… one that would beautify accent the diamond, yet still be affordable! Every time I wear it, I get multiple compliments on it. Mark is the only one that I would trust with my jewelry! Mark had selected a staff that make coming into Charland’s a pleasure. They are enthusiastic, positive and helpful! Charland Jewelers is the BEST!!!!!

I have purchased multiple thing for my wife at Charlands and the staff has been outstanding.When I purchased my wife’s engagement ring Mark took the time to listen on what I thought my wife might like. He then picked out a ring that he thought my diamond would look good with and explained everything. He did encourage me to look at other rings but he got it right on the first one.Great to work with and super helpful

I’ve been in here a few times but have not yet purchased Jewelry. Their selection is nice though and very comparable to some of the better more established stores available. I may yet go back to Charland in the future, especially if I win that gift certificate drawing for leaving you a positive review on google. Is 4 stars good? I can change it to 5 if that like, enters my name more. If there is anything else I can do to improve my odds you let me know!

Unequivocally, this is the go/to jewelers in the central Berkshire area. The store is lovely. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and never pushy. They guide you through decision making to find exactly the item that meets your needs. I treasure every purchase made from Charland's.
