I was trying to pump my gas and was having trouble this morning. I went inside and Matt was kind enough to come outside to see what I was doing wrong. Kind, courteous, and very helpful. Thank you Matt!

I was in a rush and went there to get gas and had trouble with the pump (which may have been my fault) so I went inside to cashier and right away he called to the back room and a younger black women came out and was nice as can be. She checked behind the register that the pump was ok and then walked out with me out to the pump and waited with me while I pumped gas to make sure it was working right. I thanked her and she said "no problem just doing my job". I havnt gotten service that good in a long time ,she was great. I was there around 2:00 12/30/21

Says they open at 5. 515 doors are locked. Guy inside wouldn't even acknowledge there was someone at the door.

Your morning staff is awesome, however taking away all the different kinds of coffee was a big mistake, I would come in there specifically for the hazelnut coffee, I don't know if you've ever had the flavoring for coffee, that stuff sucks. It's not the same as flavor brewed coffee, I will be finding a new place for coffee you've just lost a customer

Almost none of the pumps have working scanners with NO OPTION to just type your card number in!! With covid I don’t want to have to go inside so I lose my discount everytime! And this has been going on for YEARS!

Cannot use Big Y card at the pumps...have to wait on line inside for a cashier who cannot speak English! Takes 20-30 minutes to get gas! WHEN is this problem going to be fixed????
