Started developing a rash after using this gym, went away a week after I stopped going. Canceled my membership on the November 6th, they are charging me through December because "that s standard in the fitness industry ". Yes, predatory billing practices are standard in the fitness industry.

This is a nice gym. I've been going here for about 6 months now. After being a member of the Retro Fitness for many years up until they closed, I tried out different gyms in the area and found Berkshire Nautilus to be the best fitness center for me. There is plenty of room, a lot of free weights and cardio machines. Locker rooms have a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Good vibes with fellow members and staff.

Tried to cancel my membership my membership with Ashley just moments after my boyfriend called. He had no problem cancelling, while I was told I would have to pay for next months membership. It is 7 days before the end of the month. Ashley had a very rude tone when my boyfriend was trying to advocate for me because I was not treated the same as him just a few minutes ago on the phone.

August 25th (today) I called to cancel my membership, all goes well and the manager cancels it for me.A few minutes later my girlfriend calls to cancel her membership and the manager tells her that SHE WILL BE CHARGED FOR NEXT MONTH because she is canceling so late in the month.It's 7 days before the 1st of next month and we were never told we had to cancel early in the month. Manager claims "it's in our agreement"

Good sized gym with lots of equipment. Also good locker room with hot tub, sauna and steam room.

I was visiting from out of town for a couple of weeks. This is a great gym. It's old school. Members are polite and help each other. Plates are racked, and the place is kept very clean. I really enjoyed my work outs.

It's a wonderful facility with so much room to enjoy the he great equipment. Steamroom and whirlpool in each locker room.
