Good sized gym with lots of equipment. Also good locker room with hot tub, sauna and steam room.

I was visiting from out of town for a couple of weeks. This is a great gym. It's old school. Members are polite and help each other. Plates are racked, and the place is kept very clean. I really enjoyed my work outs.
