These guys do so much more than just exhaust work. I have been going there for all my auto repairs for years. I call them for everything. It's very rare that they refer me to someone else but it's happened a few times on the very biggest repairs I've needed (head gasket and electromagnetic coupler).
Without diving into my filing cabinet to look at all my slips for the 4 cars/vans in our family, they've been doing all my repairs including all manner of exhaust work, struts, tie rods, front and rear brakes, oil and filter changes, rear shocks, bad ABS wheel sensor, the list goes on.
I had previously been having all these types of repairs done at other shops in Pittsfield and this business has earned my trust and loyalty in a way no other shop has. I've sent other people there and you'll be hard pressed to find lower prices anywhere. These guys are ambitious and honest. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

The best place to fix exhaust on your car. The owner is a true metal fabricator and will fix what need to be fixed, not like the chain exhaust places where they just parts installers. Clean shop, friendly service. They did three different repairs for me in last 5 years
and all are great. Very strongly recommended.

Came in with a break in the pipe in front of muffler. Didn't try to over sell. Offered options to fix at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Took me right in with appointment.

This is the type of small business one goes out of their way to make positive comments about. Husband and wife team (with small child) gave over the top service, extra mile in work done (the kind of work someone would do on their own car), at a reasonable and fair price. 5 star experience and a high recommend for anyone needing this type of work.

Just went there on the advice of my regular mechanic for a small weld. Even though it was a bit further than necessary, I am SO glad I chose them. The car was up and being worked on within about 2 minutes of my arrival, and they could not have been nicer. Best of all the charge was super reasonable and no attempt was made to upsell me, and the guy is clearly an expert. No reason to go anywhere else! I will happily drive the extra half hour next time I need to!

I had originally gone to Monroe to take a look at my exhaust that had suddenly became so loud like street pipes- they quoted me 2,000$ to repair the same work and repairs that Berkshire Muffler did for 400$!!! I called them first thing in the morning, they got me in at 0900!! Then called me at 10:30 to let me know my car was ready to be picked up!! I am beyond satisfied with their service and flexibility, they showed me what was wrong and explained what was necessary to repair. The price was reasonable and the staff from all whom I interacted with were professional and kind! Thank you again! Highly recommend and will continue to support their business for any future exhaust repairs! ?

I highly recommend this shop.They are curious, explaining What they will do and how much it will cost before starting the job. Incidentally, I paid 1/2 of what the other shops were going to charge me.
