Had a wonderful time staying here.
The room was clean, the kitchen was fantastic, and the pool was empty! Note we traveled here end of April so it likely was off season. It was a great place to stay to get away.
The staff was very pleasant and professional.
We hope to visit again!

Perfect escape to the mountains and close to pitsfild downtown. Food stores next door.. Good size 1 bedroom condo for 2 or family with 1 child. No balcony. Needs extra cleaning by the french doors. Indoor poo is nice but not open all days. Good outdoor hot tub

Honest review, all in all it wasn't bad. The $40 cleaning fee is ridiculous. I found christmas wrapping paper under the bed( it's the end of February), food and hair elastics and other various trash from other guests. The dishes and linens were mostly clean. But they want us to remove linens and put in bath tub and start the dishwasher, like an AirBNB. So that wasn't cool, considering it's a 10am checkout and I have kids, not an easy task.
The hot tub was too cold to enjoy and for 2 days straight there was a huge clump of hair poolside that was disgusting. The hoarding of pool towels and signage was off putting and made me feel cheap. The constant headache with the door keys was annoying.
The staff was not friendly even a little, almost like they went out of their way to be cold.
The walls need more insulation, you can hear everything!
On the other hand, the rooms were spacious and stocked kitchen was nice. Pool is a good size and the DVD loaning was great( til u read that's what the $20 fee is for)
The water pressure in the shower was wonder and nice and hot. The air is the room was pleasant and not drying.
I'd probably stay again

The pool was not monitored by staff. 15 kids. Not monitored by parents. Loud..running ..jumping..left cups..no clean-up. Worst part …hot tub rules should be enforced.. it was closed due to young kids breaking thermometer. So we adults that paid for this amenity ..now closed to us. Have come here for years..Not worth the stay anymore.

Older property, but maintained overall. Lots of brown, gold, tan and gold decor. Very helpful, friendly staff. Nice size one bedroom apartments. Very large bathrooms and comfortable beds. We had a few plumbing problems but they were minor. Movie shown in the living room every night. Fireplace and hot coffee, tea and cocoa in the lobby. Plenty of parking. Fully stocked kitchens with cutlery, pots and pans and dishwasher. Just bring your food, as there is none on the property. Many restaurants and a grocery store at the entrance. Pleasant stay.
Walkability: You can reach some hiking trails on foot, but most things require a car.

What an amazing and relaxing experience. I had a blast and they are pet friendly. The staff is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and I couldn't ask for a better trip. Thanks again and see you next fall!
