Jimmy Clark was great to work with. He was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. We had to bring our baby with us and Jimmy was patient and understanding, even when I had to nurse the baby. He was professional but I also enjoyed chatting about ourselves. The only downside to the experience was when I had to change the baby but the bathroom didn’t have a changing table. They probably don’t get many babies. I haven’t picked up the vehicle yet because it’s getting a new screen but I’m assuming the best and that that will go well.

It was a great experience to have business with Berkshire Mazda.
Deal was done on phone within ten minutes without wasting time. They are straightforward, very helpful and offer great service. No one can beat their price.
The only problem we faced was that loan approval took sometime but ultimately that was also taken care off.

Service at Berkshire Mazda was thorough and friendly! Sales person, Alyssa, guided me through the car buying process, answered all my questions, and even provided information I was unaware about. Everyone I interacted with were kind. The building itself is beautiful and modern. At the end of the appointment, I drove away with my new Mazda!! I will definitely be recommending Berkshire Mazda to friends and family!

Customer service is very important. I feel very satisfied with the attention they gave me for the first time when changing the oil in my car. I had to go to the emergency room and they gave me an appointment for the next day, although they were very saturated with the appointment. They made an exception for my car because I had to drive it from a long distance. Thank you for your attention to the maintenance people ?

I knew I wanted to look at the CX-90 but I wasn’t sure on how it would pan out but when I reached out to Berkshire Mazda and Richard got back to me he was very helpful, they didn’t have the specific one I wanted, so they did their research and found the one and drove to get it. Overall my experience was smooth. Very happy with my new Mazda so far.
