Absolutely amazing! After I couldn’t find the bike I wanted in my home state, I found Berkshire Bike and Board. I worked with Jay to get the bike shipped to me. It was amazingly easy and the service, communication, and advice was second to none! Jay is kind, thoughtful and smart! Five hundred stars!!!

Quoted almost $450 to swap a groupset and set up wheels. The Spoke in Williamstown quoted less than $200 for the same job. Big yikes.

You guys ROCK! Thank you thank you, for fine tuning the derailleur on my e-mtn bike! I had an "oops" and it fell off a storage hoist at home. So it was slipping gears like mad. No worries for Steve, who's like a swiss-watch maker, and twice as nice! I'm a raving fan and always happy to recommend BB&B!

I drove over a hour and a half away to get my new gravel bike and I couldn’t be any happier. None of the bike shops around me were meeting my expectations but the whole crew here went above and beyond. They had a great inventory of bikes, parts, tires and apparel. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
